Lost/ Stolen Package?

If your package was marked as delivered but isn’t visible, since the item was delivered to the address on file, this typically requires opening a case with USPS.com as they had possession of the item last.

To initiate a claim, you'll need to visit your local post office and speak with the postmaster. Explain the situation regarding the package marked as delivered but not found on your porch. Reporting this issue is crucial for holding the courier accountable for any delivery discrepancies.

For a refund, you'll have to submit a claim through the USPS.com website.
