We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at kim@deliciousvibez.com . If your return is accepted, you must pay to ship your item back to us and we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, kindly inspect the items and promptly get in touch with us within 24 hours if there are any defects or damages or if you’ve received an incorrect item. This will allow us to assess the situation and take the necessary steps to rectify any issues.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Specific item categories fall under a non-returnable policy, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized items, and certain personal care goods (such as beauty products). Returns cannot be accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any queries or concerns regarding your particular item, please reach out to us for assistance.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To expedite getting the desired item, the quickest method is to return the current item. Once the return is approved, proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we've received and examined your return, we'll notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Kindly note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund posting process.
