Where We Ship Delicious Vibez currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing Time Most in-stock items are processed and ship within 2–4 business days.
Made-to-Order & Custom Items (engraved, personalized): Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. If your order needs a little extra love, we will keep you posted.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): $8.00
- Express Shipping: $15.00
- Free Standard Shipping on orders $75 and up
Delivery Time After your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days. Delivery times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, weather delays, or carrier delays.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update and check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage when possible. We will work with you to make it right.
